Attorney Thomas G. Pye who was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982 founded the Pye Law Firm, PA in 1996.

When our firm first opened, our first office was located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since that time we have concentrated on several main areas of practice. One of these practice areas includes business and corporate law. Business and corporate law includes the creation or dissolution of business entities for clients. The process of formation includes preparing the businesses’ Articles of Incorporation for C or S Corporations or it’s Articles of Organization for Limited Liability Companies (LLC). We also can do the company By-Laws and it’s Shareholder’s Agreement. We also can do its buy sell agreement based upon client’s needs. We provide advice for business clients on contracts, leases, and proposals; grant applications, agreements and any other documents associated with all aspects of business law. We have formed hundreds of corporations, partnerships, LLCs and other business entities and ventures. Likewise, we have assisted clients in the sale and purchase of businesses. We also serve as the registered agent for numerous corporations and LLCs all over the state of Florida.

Since our inception we have also practiced in the area of Bankruptcy Law where we represent only debtors, and the Pye Law Firm, PA is a designated debt relief agency as defined by the US Congress. We do Chapter 7 relief and liquidation as well as Chapter 13 plans for debtors. Once our firm is retained, we take all creditor collection calls and direct our clients on the process needed to comply with Federal law pertaining to the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA).

Another area of law that the Pye Law Firm, PA works with its clients on is the legal field of Wills, Trusts, Estates and Probate. We discuss and advise our clients with respect to the following estate planning documents: Wills, Living Trusts / Revocable Trusts, Trusts of all kinds, Living Wills, Advance Health Care Directives, Health Care Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Surrogate Appointments. The firm also represents personal representatives in probate proceedings in formal administration probate, Family Administration probate as well as Summary Administration Probate.
